They are based on Howard Shaprio's great text "Practical Flow Cytometry" and many have page numbers to reference the material in that text.

If you want to use my lectures, there are clear restictions on their use,but they certainly cannot be uploaded to a website like this - the person/company that has uploaded my materials is plain and simply a thief. I share my materials under certain conditions, but I sure don't approve of scumbags who post my lectures on their sites (like this) trying to make money. If you want to use my lectures at least have the decency to go to my own website...cyto.purdue.edu
